Security scan is frozen - still running after 2 days !

where can I buy new fingbox in uk ? It’s not on Amazon uk anymore or on egg for uk ?

    Hi @paul_palace unfortunately the fingbox is only available in the USA at the moment.
    Try disconnecting your box from the network & powering down for a few minutes then reconnect and power up, this may resolve your problem.

    Thanks Pixel - I have tried that.

    I have spoken to support who said that this is a known bug and a fix is being worked on.

    Hey @paul_palace, lots of ifs here but if you have a Mac or Windows workstation you can leave on and if you have a premium subscription, the Fing desktop can now do many of the things that the Fingbox could do like security scans.  And yes it's missing a bunch of Fingbox features like the Digital fence but it's an alternative if the features it does offer works for you.

    Thanks Marc - I have a Mac and have used fing desktop.

    The security scan finished after several days - and turning off overnight - so looking forward to a fix !
