Re-Add Fingbox

I accidentally removed my fingbox and now I can't re-add it.  The light is blinking green, the phone is on the same subnet.  Just keeps coming up that it can't find fingbox.  I have reset, rebooted, reconnected, used other power cords and ethernet cords.  Nothing works, just keeps blinking green and I keep getting the message can't find fingbox.

    Removed as in just unplugged or removed as in its no longer on your account?
