Changing the email address associated with Fingbox

Hi All,

I was planning to change the email address associated to my fingbox to a new one, I tried sending email as suggested on this page changing email address fingbox, but seems no response.

I check the contact name mention on the same page, but it seems the PIC is changing now. 

Can somebody point me a direction?

Normally I tell folks a couple of business days but with the holidays, could take a bit longer.

Hi Karl, in email the change is to existing email address, instead of the new one.

need a double check on that.

Hi.. The fing box is still cant be found to the network

I try everithing... Even deleting my on network.... And still no fingbox detecting....
