I have an issue with Fing Desktop for Not detected regarding Agent not found. Can anyone help?

    I use win10 OS, Proton VPN, Windows defender Antivirus

    Ac couple of things to try in troubleshooting ...  Did you choose to install this in the apps default location or did you change that?  Have you tried disabling your VPN to see if that helped?  If you look in Windows services is Fing installed and running?

    I scoured the "Windows Services" but could not find 'Fing services'. 

    Did you choose to install this in the apps default location or did you change that?
    I never got a path to install. It just started installing after I agreed to terms and cond.


    Have you tried disabling your VPN to see if that helped?
    Do you mean uninstalling VPN?  But, I was never connected to VPN tunnel during the entire process.
