How do I stop a Wi-Fi (Rogue Access Point) Security Alert?
I installed a new access point. I confirmed that the device is mine using Fing Desktop and Fing apps on my Android phone and Apple iPad. I continue to receive daily Wi-Fi Security Alert emails telling me to tap "on this alert from the Network tab." There is no alert in the network tab on any of my apps. How do I stop this email alert? Thank you.

Hey @Gary_E
Users can always disable the WIDS (Wireless Intrusion Detection) alterts from the security tabs.
They can also connect via mobile device to the secondary mesh AP (by staying closer to it, it should be the preferred one) and use of the one the WiFi tools such as Network -> WiFi Performance. That should prompt to add the secondary BSSID to the list of the network, so it’s not recognised as Rogue anymore.

Thanks for the reply. I would strongly prefer not to disable WIDS. I might as well cancel my Premium Fing subscription.
I tried your second suggestion using both my iPad and Android phone apps ("connect via mobile device to the secondary mesh AP.") I don't know if it matters, but the AP is not a mesh AP; it is connected via Ethernet to the router, just as with my first AP.
Running the WiFi performance test made no difference. All devices in both apps already showed as "confirmed," including the Access Point in question.
Do you have any other suggestions? I am getting emails and app alerts daily. I believe that this is a bug and would appreciate assistance. Thank you.
