Purchased Fing Premium on iPhone, but MacBook doesn't acknowledge the active subscription

I purchased the premium fing subscription on my phone, but when I downloaded and installed Find desktop on my MacBook, it acts as though I am not a premium subscriber. I tried reinstalling but no luck yet. Can you help?

    Firstly, can you confirm you are signed in with the same account on both applications? For Mobile App, check the 'Account' section for this. For Desktop, select 'Edit Profile.'
