Welcome @cmdrcool, and welcome to the community!

As long as all three networks are totally separate them I see no reason why you can't achieve this. @Marc , @KLTaylor & @VioletChepil - what say you all?

    Thanks.

I bought a 2nd box and was successful with installing the fing box through the app in a 2nd network I have (separate DSL Line). Works.

then I tried to install it at my grandmas- Fingbox has a green led but the App does not find it. I am with the iPhone (app) in the same network and when using the fing App I also see the fing box.

    any ideas?

Thanks @Pooh I have moved this one over!
Hi @cmdrcool - are you logged into your Fingbox account?
Is this Fingbox plugged directy into the router or access point?
Can you ensure the following ports are opened and nothing blocked by a firewall?
Make sure to allow Fingbox to reach any IP address on the following TCP ports: 80, 443, 4443, 5671. In addition, the ports needed for the Internet Speed Test, provided by M-Lab include 3001, 3002, 3003.

Ahh @cmdrcool - did you deactivate the Fingbox from the previous network to prepare it for installation?
To move your Fingbox to a new network, follow these simple steps:
    - Locate the network name in the middle of the top bar of the screen – click on the drop-down arrow next to this.
    - This will take you through to the My Networks screen which contains a list of all your networks.
    - Swipe left on the Network with the Fingbox on it and click on the Deactivate that appears. This will remove the network you have already configured, freeing up Fingbox to be assigned to a new network.
    - After you have deactivated the Fingbox, you will be able to connect the box to the new network you’d like it to be on.
    - Just connect it to the new network you’d like to monitor and complete the onboarding again for your new network.

Hi. So i did that - fresh Fingbox installed in a 2nd private network.

My Fingbox was not found by the app.

box was green and tested it also previously in a different network (deleted it afterwards)

i already replaced the router in that network - so that is probably not the issue. Who can help me?

Hi @cmdrcool - If it was working on another network, this could be a set-up/configuration issue.
Could you give us a few more details about the set-up.
Is Fingbox plugged directly into the main router or access point?
