    @Mikefazz, I moved this to the account section for you.  Also tagging @Dylan_From_Fing and @Karl_From_Fing for awareness.

    In the interim, unless you have bought the app, I don’t think Fing can just bill you.  If you have purchased a subscription, you can usually cancel from the App Store you purchased from.

    Fing why did you bill me i don,t want it and i didnt get . why didnt i get any confirmation so i could close this . I dont have afford for this my 4 children want Christmas toys. please send me my money back

    @Robert_stenholm88, below are methods provided by Fing for canceling your subscription.  if this is not the method you used to order, then @Michal_From_Fing (tagged here) may be able to help you.

    Apple does not provide Fing with a means to directly cancel/refund user subscriptions.

    If you are looking to cancel/change your Fing App subscription, see the below information. Choose the one based on the OS type you are using.. 

    Depending on whether you purchased from the Appstore or Playstore, you can cancel using the following links:
