Fing v1 flashing green

Greetings!

Looking for assistance in troubleshooting.

Fing device was unplugged for several months and wanted to set up again. Devices pusles green but is never found. I get stuck on the activate screen and nothing happens after 10 mins.

Looking for steps to factory reset the device. Power cycling the device makes no difference.

@T3CH_girl_M0xie unfortunately there’s not, but that is effectively what I have done. It might take a day or three but Karl will assist and go through the reset process with you.
In the meantime you could try powering the fingbox off, press & hold the reset button then power up, release the button after around 30 seconds. It’s worth a try but not guaranteed to resolve your problem.

Its a negative, captain. The box continues to be fussy and not listen.
