Can I Disallow New Devices Until Approved with Fingbox?

I got a Fingbox because my kids occasionally change device MAC addresses to get around internet pauses.  I heard that with Fingbox I can stop all new devices from joining until I allow them onto my network.  I figured this is easier than manually adding MAC addresses.  Is this actually possible and if so how?  Because I'm about to return my brand new Fingbox if not.

Thank you for the response.  Unfortunately, I can not find "digital fence" anywhere on the security section of the Fing app on my computer.  Is this only a premium service?

 The digital fence is a Fingbox feature.

I understand it’s a feature but where is it please? Is it premium only?

I found it now.  I needed to make sure the Fingobx was the primary device, not the network itself.
