Subscription not showing up even though I’m paid through December please help!

I have a subscription for premium but showing up that I don’t, can you help? It’s says it expires in December

    Hey @Dronc7639, have you confirmed that you are logged in with the same account / email address that you used when you started the subscription?  Thats can be an issue when subscriptions don't seem to work.

    Also, let me tag @Dylan_From_Fing and @Karl_From_Fing to see if they can assist you further.

    This is happening to me as well.  I paid for premium a few months ago and after the update it says I don't have it.  When the fing people helped me change my email on the account, they didn't transfer my subscription....

    Are you able to use the premium features? 
    In addition, we have listened to the feedback provided by yourself and others and we are at the moment attempting a manual transition method towards people who want to change their subscription to a new account. This is done on a case by case situation
