Getting downright angry

Every now and again I come back thinking this might be the day I can use my Fing box I paid $100 for. Then you guys ask me questions and I answer them and then notjjng. I get angry and walk away because I just get a bunch of support articles. I feel this is hspjdnjbg again. Can you help me make this work?
