Device is offline: Blink DHCP

This has been going on for quite some time now, and it has been the cause (either partly or completely) of missing video footage from my security system. The error message reads....BLINK DHCP (10:96:93:14:F3:9A) has been up since...and there are various times because it goes on and off. Now, I don't know squat about this other than the little I read and heard, which had something to do about another IP address and shutting this DHCP off (disabling it). However, as I mentioned, I am not very "techie" so I could use as much help as possible. This is just another branch of the "hacker" problem...at least that's what I was told.

Hey @Mr_SasQuatch
Would it be possible for you to attach a screenshot of this error message?0 -
Sorry it's not as clear as I'd hoped it to be, something happened and the screenshot won't work so I used my phone.

Hey @Mr_SasQuatch
This notification is just telling you that a device has gone offline/online. Do you have any devices named Blink DHCP?0
