Showing wrong internet service provider location

I am seeing wrong internet service provider location, exactly i do have suspect some thing wrong or middle man from that location . How to identify or dig more than this .only Fing showing that location, rest other app or sites showing different location ..?? Am confused which one is right , please share thoughts...


Plesse note MATLAB Speed test showing the location from my State but fing internet service provider showing from different state..

    Are you using a VPN or any other type of setting that obscures or makes your location less accurate?  For example iOS supports something like this for privacy if set.  Also, so we are on the same page, when you use the mlabs site directly, is that accurate?
