Fing password change not working

Hi, I'm trying for the last 3 days to change my Fing password but I keep getting a webpage mentioning "Awww, snap! A system error occurs. Please retry later". I have tried removing all special characters from my new password (so only upper and lower case letters and numbers) but nothing works. Any idea what is wrong? I've tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and finally a private window in Safari.....all with the same result as mentioned above. And yes, I'm trying to reset my password to "a more sophisticated" (i.e. secure) one. Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm doing that on my MacBook.I created this secondary account to submit this post: [email protected]
