Fing password change not working

Hi, I'm trying for the last 3 days to change my Fing password but I keep getting a webpage mentioning "Awww, snap!A system error occurs. Please retry later". I have tried by removing all special characters from my new password (so only upper and lower case letters and numbers) but nothing works. Any idea what is wrong?

May I ask you to attempt on an incognito browser/alternative browser? Are you attempting to reset your password?

Hi Karl,
I'v tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and finally a private window in Safari.....all with the same result as mentioned above. 
And yes, I'm trying to reset my password to "a more sophisticated" (i.e. secure) one
