alerts on smartphones and via email

Good morning,
for a few days I have no longer received any alerts either via email or via smartphone.
I believe but I'm not sure it happened after upgrading to the latest version of fing desktop.
I checked on my smartphone and all the alerts are activated.
I checked both the desktop and web versions and both have two email addresses.
Can you help me understand what happened and possibly what needs to be checked?
