Fingbox not recognized online but appears on desktop app?  I later became a Premium Member but originally when  I signed up I had perhaps foolishly done so under apples private relay service and I may have another account the fingbox is under? It certainly does not appear to be different however as both accounts seem to reflect the same private relay email. The screenshot below shows  my desktop app and internet account in the background.

    Hey @Billy
    It is possible the Fingbox is registered to a duplicated account. May I ask you to DM me privately the MAC address of the fingbox, as well as the relay email you use?
