A FEW ISSUES WITH MY NEW FINGBOX

Hi! I just installed my new Fingbox and started using it straight away. The main reason is to monitor my kids devices usage and to set limits when the internet will be available for them.
So, the issues:
1) Fingbox doesn't recognize the iPad of one of my daughters even she is using it at the same time I'm monitoring the devices on Fingbox app on my Apple.
2) Fingbox says my daughters iPhone is offline even if she is using it while I'm monitoring the network.
3) I can't find "scheduled internet pause feature" under People tab.

By the way, I'm a Premium user.
