Router vulnerability check is stuck on Fingbox

Hello Community,

I launched a router vulnerability check from my fingbox days ago and it still hasn't completed.

Any idea how to recover from this ?

Hello again,

Does anyone from Fing support check these postings at all ? Is there another way I can reach fingbox support ? The Router vulnerability function has been stuck in Running state for longest time. How can I get it to exit so I can run new job ? Everytime I select the option to run it it's showing as running.

Can someone from fingbox support please advise ?

Thanks for the tip. But did not resolve it. Still shows window with security check running. Will send email with reference to this post.
