Two different accounts - Fingbox on old account, Premium status on new account

Long story, but I somehow ended up with a Premium status on one of my Gmail accounts, and the Fingbox tied to an old Gmail that I don't use. How can I move the Fingbox to the Premium account??? To make matters worse, the Premium account says that the data is corrupted, so it's all a mess at this point. I cannot find any way to actually get some direct communication with anyone. Please help!
