"Fingbox not found" And "you haven’t connected any Fingbox device to your account yet"

I've been going back and forth and in circles unnecessarily for weeks and can't get a specific Solution from Fing. I'm hoping that someone can assist me and in return it'll assist others because this is not a new or isolated issue. Below are the main points from the numerous messages that I've sent to Fing over many weeks. Thanks in advance. 

2/16/2022

1. Me: I have 2 fingboxes connected. But I can only see the connected devices on my main network, not the guest network. How can I set it up to see devices on my guest network?" 

2. Me: When I click on Add fingbox, I get the message of: “Fingbox not found.”

2. Me: On my online dashboard under the Your Connected Devices, it states that “you haven’t connected any Fingbox device to your account yet” and “you don’t have any authorized app.”
How do I fix it if that’s true? It also states that my app and premium account is active. According to the fing desktop I have 5 devices connected including 2 fingboxes. 

3. Me: ...my bottom line questions are: 1). Is it possible to monitor my main network with 1 fingbox and 2) monitor my guest network with another fingbox? 3) if so, how do I specifically do that? 
Is it possible to split the signals/bands then assign an SSID to each signal/band?
I bought 2 fingboxes because you said it was needed for the setup that I mentioned.

  1. The answer is YES to this part: "...you want to monitor your guest network from same router with another Fingbox which you are not able to add." 

  2. The answer is YES to this part "...you are using a dd-wrt router...with VPN enabled."


    Now what is the SOLUTION?

I want to emphasize that my main concern is the pasted point below. What is the SOLUTION?
