Fingbox Not Found - does not turn green after reset

I moved networks and (re) connected the Finfgbox.  It blinked blue.
I read followed the reset of the box.  It was white for a while and then started blinking blue again.  It never went green and the apps could not find it.

yes - the issue is that I cannot connect to the Fingbox from the app - the app says that it needs to blink green and even resetting does not do that - first it is white -then blinking blue.
