fing isnt appearing as installed

My fing doesnt appear as installed on my account page. However it appears twice on my network. It seems messed up to me. I think there are options im not getting without fing being recognized. How can i get it installed correctly?

May I ask if you do indeed have a fingbox? If you do, may I ask you to DM the MAC address of the fingbox? The above screenshots do not appear to reference a fingbox
