How to factory reset Fingbox with broken recovery switch

Hi

I need to resent my Fingbox but have a problem. The switch that is pushed when entering a pin in the reset hole is broken, or missing is more correct. (labled Recovery on the board).

 I've tried holding down the reset button on the back of the motherboard and then power it up but with no effect. 

So, How can I factory reset a Fingbox in my current state? (its not accessible in any app right now)

Hi @mkron

As per your request, we have deactivated the email address associated with the Fingbox.

To see this change, you will need to perform a power cycle of the Fingbox and then sign in with the new email address on the App. You will then be able to add the Fingbox to your Fing account.

Currently, the requested method has not been implemented but it can be taken as a suggestion.
