Fingbox wont connect to Network

I know there are plenty of threads about this issue but I need this to have visibility because I am not sure what else to do. 

I have a Fingbox that I am trying to setup for the first time on one subnet. I already have another Fingbox on a different submit that works flawlessly. 

I can't get passed on the app where it scans for the fingbox to connect. It actually crashes my iPhone which is weird. I have done all the troubleshooting steps including factory resetting the device but it just wont scan on the network. Any ideas?? Is there a way Fing can send me a replacement Fingbox?
