How do i reset my Fing Box?

Hi, I have an ongoing issue with my Fingbox. The "Home" network belonging to the fingbox is listed in the web interface and shows as connected but is not listed in the app. I Have tried to reset it using the reset hole on thack to make it discoverable again but I can't get it to reset. Any ideas?

    Can you share the screenshot of Fing mobile app dashboard and the network list from the mobile app which you can get by clicking on the 3 lines icon? I will be looking forward to your reply.
