I haven't been able to use fing since I renewed my subscription

My subscription ran out last year and I went to renew. I filled out the "buy premium" forms, however, when it went to process my payment, I instead get a message that I already have a subscription and it just kicks me out. I've tried contacting once before, but never received a response. Can this please be resolved. I really would like to use this application again. Thanks.
