Why isn't Fing reporting issues with Rogers in Oak Ridges, Ontario

We had had considerable disruptions since January 4. Intermittent service for 3 days. No answers from Rogers.

Hi @ZednotZee I am based in the UK so am not familiar with isp providers & resellers in Canada so I can only guess, however, if Rogers is a reseller then outages may be recorded against a main ISP provider or network provider.
Also, if the nature of the outage is intermittent/short duration then it may not show as an a long duration outage due to network monitoring parameters.
It must be a nightmare for you but hopefully everything will be back up and stable very soon.1
