Why cant i delete an expired subscription? It is preventing me from completing a new one.

I have an expired subscription that takes me all the way to the 2 option Cancel and continue but wont allow me to do either.

    I have updated your account and deleted the expired account. You will be able to get new subscription now. If the issue persists please let me know. You can always write to us at [email protected] for quick support.

    I don't understand.....is there no direct link to support? Community forums are the only cure to a customers woes? I appreciate the assist i really do....I just don't understand how a subscription service is without a means to create a trouble ticket or provide access  to customer support representative. Love Fing and appreciate anybody's help with my issue.
