Making a new discussion for higher Visibility

This is the third time I have communicated this. Once as a private message, once as a tag on to someone else’s discussion. I have high hopes that by starting a new discussion this will provide the level of visibility I need to get an answer.

Hey! I, too, have upgraded to premium & it says incomplete. I have entered 2 known good cards, with the same result. 

I have since received an email from Fing that says “Further action is required - Your Fing subscription ready to start. Your bank requires further action in order to confirm the purchase.” Unfortunately, the email has no further instructions on how to accomplish this.

The email has a button that says “confirm“ which takes me to my Dashboard page, with no indication of where to go from there.
