Double charged?

This past November 21st, I paid for an annual subscription at a promotional price, and have the digital receipt if needed. The correct account email is on the receipt. However yesterday, I was also charged $6.99 for the monthly rate, and via the web platform, and my account appears to still be noted as monthly. When I go to my subscriptions via the Playstore, it only shows the annual subscription. I would like to request a refund of the $6.99 so as to just be under the annual plan please.
