    Do you have an ISP provided cable modem or router on the same network that could be performing DHCP functions?  Most ISP provided gear does this by default unless you turn it off.  Note TCL does make mesh network and other networking gear as well.

    Marc; Thanks for the clarification question. I am using my own Cable Modem (NETGEAR Nighthawk Cable Modem CM1200)  which then routes to my own Wifi Router. (Netgear RBR750 Orbi mesh router).

    The router enumerates as it's own device and the cable modem sits behind it so does not show up on the net.
