Why does desktop account dashboard say "You haven't connected any Fingbox device to your account yet

I Purchased my Fingbox via Indigogo in 2017 and have just purchased a premium subscription for the desktop app on my iMac. The dashboard says that I haven't a Fingbox connected to my account!! Do I have to do this manually? If so, how do I go about it?

    Fing desktop is a separate application than Fingbox. Currently, Fing desktop does not monitor Fingbox and you can only use Fing mobile app to access Fingbox.
