Is there a way to look at a log file of unknown devices that connected?

I was doing a port scan on my smart tv and port 4000 was open. And an unknown device 'nord plus one' had connected using something called anything remote. Slave remote. Then the device vanished. I can find no log please help!!!

    Nord Plus One appears to be a mobile phone (see https://www.oneplus.com/uk/nord ) which connected to your tv. Now that it’s not showing on your network there’s not much you can do retrospectively. What you can do is ensure your direct tv wifi connection is password protected & also change your LAN wifi password to reduce the chance of further accesses from unauthorised devices.
