Since Fing Desktop has been upgraded to 2.7.0, the network scan regularly crashes with the following error. I did not have this with previous version. Any ideas how to rectify?
Thanks!

Thanks @Marc
@VeggieK
Can you delete the network identified by Fing desktop from Fing mobile app or Fing web app and then quit the Fing desktop from task manager and then reboot device and then open Fing desktop again and check if the issue persists?Robin (Admin at Fing)

Thanks @Marc and thanks @Robin_from_Fing.
Its strange, just rebooting overnight the issue has disappeared without me performing these steps. Had previously rebooted after the upgrade but now issue has gone away. Do you want me to perform the steps you suggested or wait and see if problem reoccurs? Thanks again.0 -
@VeggieK
If the issue reoccurs then yes you can perform those steps.Robin (Admin at Fing)

Oops. Thanks Robin!I have 2 Fingboxes and I'm not using the app.1. Sometimes I get a blank page when I click on Network.2. I'm using a VPN. Is it common to see M247 Miami although I have a different ISP and live in another city?3. Can issues occur if I'm running 2 security/malware softwares? The problem persists with 1 or both of them on.4. I have to repeatedly select "Enable deep scanning" and "Enable Notifications"5. I have one router installed. Should I be seeing 2 or 3 routers listed?6. There's at least one suspicious listed device but I'm afraid to delete it and it's mine that I need. See below.Name: Generic It doesn't have a host name0

Private conversations don't really help others solve this problem.
Same problem on multiple windows devices. Have deleted/ disconnected all networks (except) mobile) on mobile devices. Uninstalled, deleted all folders named "...fing..." i could find. Rebooted and reinstalled. Problem remains.0 -
@seannik, private conversation are there so users do not have to expose private information into the forum. Support uses this for that purpose. Let me tag @Dylan_From_Fing and @Karl_From_Fing to see if they can help you out.
