why is a random network in Oregon setup as my "home" isp?

it's my first time posting and using the desktop version! I'm hoping someone can help explain why there's a random Amazon ISP out of Oregon setup as my home ISP?
I live in Oakland, CA and I've never been to Oregon. We don't even have that as a ISP choice here.

Although we cant answer why the ISP is set as home if you have not done that but you can always correct it by connecting it to your current network and then set your ISP as home to receive any outage informationRobin (Admin at Fing)
