Internet and no security . I can log on to it but it doesn't ng . I have unpluged every thing in house . The only way I can get it to go away is flipping breaker for master bedroom. It has to be under the house ..any one have a clue what it could be

Can you give more details in the device.  Perhaps a MAC address or something from Fing’s scan?

No . We have a smart tv , dish network. I unplugged all of it and still shows up . Only way to get rid of it is breaker for master bed room . That's after I unplugged every thing in house

This may seem like a strange question, but since you mentioned "master bedroom", do you happen to have a TEMPUR-Pedic TEMPUR-Ergo Premier bed, or something similar? The following link mentions it can come with a wifi module:

It further states, "The proper network name begins with “WM” followed by a combination of 6 alpha-numeric characters and is printed on the type plate of your Wi-Fi Module." It would seem the 6 alpha-numeric characters are the last 6 of the devices MAC address. The wifi can be used in direct mode and home network mode. If you are seeing it in Fing, it is possible the wifi is currently in direct mode, as it appears to be broadcasting the WM6915EF SSID.
