Hi all,
Realizing this question has been asked before, however our scenario is somewhat different.
Setup:
Windows 10 fully update connected via Ethernet (1Gbps) to switch.
Network is set as public in app, network: 192.168.0.0/20
Desktop app only reports a fraction of online clients - right now 17 online, whereas controller (Unifi) reports more than 40 clients online.
Please advise?

Can you check if any filter is selected on Fing desktop which is showing fraction of devices? Also, have you scanned all access points on your network via Fing desktop so Fing desktop can identify all devices on same network.Robin (Admin at Fing)
