Please help ASAP!

I bought these to use in customers homes but I set this one up in my personal house and can't get it to disconnect from it and reconnect to the customers home. Please help. It gets discovered on the network but won't set itself up. Stays flashing green forever.

Hi @Glaxman13, you might need to set it up in the place it's going to be working in. You might want to try to remove the network its currently looking for (you can do this from the app) and then configure it as new, once its on the customers network.Thats Daphnee, she's a good dog...0

I was able to go in and remove from home/deactivate the fingbox on my personal network. I am now on site with the fingbox and it is currently hooked up to the new network. I set the customer up a Fing account, logged in as them, and tried to activate the fingbox. It prompts me in the app to activate it but it never finishes. Just stays blinking green forever.

Looks like you did the right stuff and the Fingbox light means its ready for activation.. @Dylan_From_Fing or @Robin, can you help out @Glaxman13Thats Daphnee, she's a good dog...0
