    Hi @Mongoose, I have to ask, did you try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that cleared things up?  Also, could you screenshot the error your seeing?

    In addition to @Marc advice, please check under Fing app account settings if you have set the correct network size for the number of devices in your house.
