Hi. Can someone tell me why I never have any devices show up in my digital fence. Not ever literally

I have always been curious about this feature but have never had a single device appear in my digital fence. Can anyone advise on a course of troubleshooting. For the record there are no restrictive filters or anything like that preventing me from viewing. It just literally shows nothing no matter what I filter by. It never has since I got the device. Any assistance appreciated. Thank you.

    @Rodg, there are a number of settings associated to this feature with the Fingbox...  First one I would check is range.  Make sure you have at least 50%..

    Hi Marc. Thank you for getting back to me. Appreciate that.

    I have the range on 100% so checked that one already. I’ve reset the fingbox. I’ve even deleted the app as well as cleared the relevant caches, rebooted phones and pc, I’ve tried the desktop app I’ve also tried my android device as well as my iOS device. It’s like it just doesn’t work at all which would be disappointing as Their are no moving parts and I’ve never been able to use the feature ever. It’s like the radio in the unit was broken to start with. 🥲. That would be very disappointing indeed.

    But you are able to see your WiFi devices on the mobile app, correct?  If that’s the case, then at least we know the Fingboxes WiFi is working.  @Robin, do you have any suggestions?

    I just wanted to confirm this was direct and private message between us.

    You requested the MAC address to assist me with my digital fence not working on my Fingbox I have but just wanted to ensure that this was a private and was not viewable to the public.

    did you ever get this working? I just upgraded from a v1 Fingbox to a v2. My old v1 digital fence worked but my v2 doesn’t. All blanks like yours. I too have played with every setting with no luck.
