delete all my profiles please. 1 on laptop 1 on phone

aaaahhhh

because apple sign in was only showing on one device I accedentally created a second profile also in my name and using my apple address. now I have 1 on laptop and 1 on phone. they are different accounts.!!! 

how can I get out and uninstall the laptop app. 

its NOT transparent.. in fact its really difficult.
