i have no idea what's connected?!

hey so this is my first time using this app but when i ran a refresh search it says 17 device is connected but it only says Generic on all of em. please help on how to fi this ?

Thanks @geeky yes the iOS devices are masked on iOS 11 + and we do device identification on a best effort basis.

Sometimes you can Google the MAC address as per this thread here: https://community.fing.com/discussion/563/identifying-unknown-devices-by-ip-only
Other options are to:
- Get Fingbox
- use Android
- Also we're launching a PC/MAC version soon as per our company timeline (in the months ahead) https://community.fing.com/discussion/89/the-fing-roadmap And this should solve the issue for you...
