Got my new fingbox and can´t connect to mobile wifi

I´ve got my Fingbox yesterday and can´t make it work, I have mobile internet so the only chance of connecting the lan cable is to the computer activate the hotspot and make the computer a de´"facto" router and didn´t work, neither connecting the router to fingbox via the usb slot. No signs of green light just a steady white light
Can it be that mobile wifi is not supported at all?

    Hi @Berliner69 what deleted comments are you referring to? We didnt delete any comments (unless individuals have deleted their own comments? Unfortunately we have no way of tracking that)

    i got your reply, thanks. So just to clarify Fingbox is NOT compatible with mobile wifi since the router has no Ethernet port, right?

    so I can return the product

    In fact, I have just checked and there was a comment deleted. It was from Robin (a Fing Admin) he advised that he responded to your support ticket. I believe he may have deleted as I had also responded to you. Apologies for the confusion.
