How do I delete primary network following change of network provider?
Recently moved from Vodafone to BT. Fing Web App and iPhone App just won't let me get rid of VodafoneConnect Network. It shows as "Connected" and there is no dropdown option list with Delete available for this network. The BT network shows BELOW the Vodafone one, and ridiculously this DOES have a dropdown list with Delete option! Aagh!
I have tried resetting the Fingbox in the hope that it would forget the old network, but no luck. It seems to be working again, but now has solid GREEN lights instead of the usual BLUE (solid Green is not shown as a valid option on the Fing LED guide!)

There was a symbol with ._ x3 next to my current wifi which did lead to a list of monitored networks, which gave me the option to detach from networks and that finally seems to have worked. Fingbox is still lit solid green though, not blue, so something still not right...

Good, one step down at least. Let’s get @Robin from Fing involved to see if he can help on the solid green light on the Fingbox. The only green light I am familiar with is pulsing and that means it’s ready to activate.

Hi Robin
Did you receive my DM with the details requested? I have again retried resetting the Fingbox. For the last two days it just flashes green now and gives this message at its IP address - I guess it is probably f*cked? Is there any way of running diagnostic tests on it?
Thanks

OMG I am having the same issue, I cannot delete the Monitored network and I so need to because it appears that is the only one that I can actually block people from. I haved tried on the app and on the website, but no luck. Any help would be so appreciated - oh yeah and my fing light won't turn green it's white with a hint of pink0

I managed to delete it but now I deleted all my networks because I couldn't figure out how to make the one I wanted to be my Managed network......I don't have desktop version until Friday and need these hackers off my wifi...but they just keep making different access points, uuugggghh this is a whole job!!!0

Is the first network scanned the "monitored' one or is there a way to make one a "monitored network" - I am so upset...PLUS the DNS inside the network settings appears to be from an unknown company......this is so exhausting, why can't people just leave me alone......they gotta have pretty awful lives if they want to watch my every move, lol!!0

If you are using the desktop to scan, the monitored network is the one the desktop is connected to while scanning. If you’re using the mobile app, you could be seeing the network the mobile app scanned or the one the desktop scanned. You can flip between them and make one of them the default view.Thats Daphnee, she's a good dog...0
