Fing not seeing iPhones connected to BT Hub wifi

Changed to BT Broadband Hub yesterday from Vodafone.  Now Fing does not show iPhones connected to Hub wifi in list of devices... 
Always showed on Vodafone device listing.  Samsung phone IS showing!  Is this a common issue?

    Delete the network identified by Fing before and then reboot device and run the scan again. Please also refer to this article: https://www.fing.com/news/private-mac-address-on-ios-14 and make sure location permissions for Fing app is enabled. Thanks
