Why do I always have to go into Task Manager on Windows 10 and end the Fing process for it to work?

I have three different Windows 10 Pro machines - two laptops, one desktop.

In all three cases, every time I fire up Fing for the first time after a reboot of the PC, nothing happens.  I then have to go into Task Manger and "End Process" on the Fing app (leaving the Fing Agent Service on).  Then when I run Fing again, it functions normally.  This happens every time, on all three machines.

Is there a fix for this?

    Hi @forrest_holleman..  I don’t seem to have this issue on my Windows 10 Pro workstation so I can’t reproduce it.  Let’s tag @Robin from Fing to see if he has some insight into how to address this issue.

    Can you check if Fing desktop is set up for starting up automatically on booting up? Can you disable the Fing desktop from auto start-up from task manager and then reboot device and then run the Fing desktop?
