Why is my phone confirming that I am a Premium subscriber but the Desktop App says not?

I want the features of Premium available for the Windows Desktop but it is still saying Go Premium when the App on my phones assures me that I am Premium. Please, how can I resolve.

I'm running into the opposite but similar issue.  Desktop shows that I'm premium but Android App not showing premium with the same login.
