Take ownership of pre-owned fingbox

Hi Team

I have taken over a friends fingbox but it still seems to be registered to the old owner. The device is detected in the Fing desktop app as a network device but I don't seem to have any functionality at the moment. Can the device be reset or assigned to my account? Thanks in advance.
